Post Graduate’s should produce valid certificate attested by HOD. The delegate should be in a training program during the time of the conference and the letter should mention the same. The letter or ID card should be valid till October 6th, 2024
Conference Kit for Spot Registrations subjected to availability.
Certificates without Credit Hours will be issued to Spot Registrations.
Registration for the Conference is mandatory for all participants.

Cancellations & Refund:

Requests for cancellation / refunds must be made in writing or through e-mail with a valid reason.

75% refund (Only registration fee) before 31st April 2024.
50% refund (Only registration fee) before 31st July 2024.
25% refund (Only registration fee) before 31st August 2024.
No refunds after 1st September 2024.
No refunds on Accommodation & Workshop Charges.
All refunds will be sent after the conference.
